WATERCOLOR PAINTINGS
Richard studied art in Santa Monica. Long Beach and Tokyo. He served in the Air Force as a Special Service Artist. After leaving the Air Force, he worked in engineering and management. He is now retired and devotes his time to watercolor painting. In addition to The Gallery, he exhibits his art at the Art On The Lake festival in Big Bear Lake.
