OIL PAINTINGS
Dora Scheid has been what she calls a ”dabbler” in the arts for a long as she can remember. As a young adult in Northern Wisconsin she observed the native Americans living on the lake as they hunted, fished and harvested wild rice. This led to years of study, work, learning and production of paintings and bronze sculpture. She has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Germany, and New Zealand. She makes no claim to fame and says fame is fleeting, but the art will live through the ages. She now lives on a horse ranch with her daughter in Southern California.
